This is the best iPod Nano I have used yet, and I've used the third generation and second generation iPod Nanos. The appearance, ease of use, features, construction quality, battery life, durability, and sound quality get five stars in my book. I love this product and I don't know how I could survive without it. I'm not bothered by the fact it lacks a camera, or an FM radio, because the camera might get dirty and I'd much rather listen to my own music than the music on the radio. I'm also not bothered too much by the fact that this model is rated one hour less for video, as I don't watch videos on the iPod too much.
I have had issues with this product, which I thought I should mention. I have had problems with the click wheel where scrolling did not work properly, but resetting the iPod (by holding down the Menu and center buttons) fixed the problem, as did shutting off the iPod and turning it back on. I don't expect any product to be flawless though, and it doesn't happen all the time, so it's not a problem to me.
If the fifth generation of the iPod Nano wasn't available, I would definitely buy this model again. However, since the newer iPod Nano has an FM radio and a camera, I would buy the newer model as it certainly wouldn't hurt to own an iPod Nano with a FM radio. I doubt I'll be buying a new Nano for a while though.

There are minor dings on the covor but that's to be expected when you buy refurbished. It holds my music and the dial works very well, everything seems to work fine except for that you can't hear it unless it's plugged in to headphones or speakers.... I suppose it's not bad for the money I saved buying it refurbished. I would buy it again.......

I bought a 16GB blue 4th generation Nano for myself as a birthday present last July. I absolutely LOVE this thing! I take it with me everywhere I go and I've never had a single problem with it.
I read some of the 1 and 2 star complaints people have left and I noticed that people were either way unlucky and got a glitched Ipod or they were petty and complaining about stupid little things mostly about the cover flow and shake to shuffle feature. Like I said in the beginning though I've never had a problem with my Ipod I LOVE it! It's been almost a year and my Ipod has been through a lot; travel, it's been dropped repeatedly, and on a couple occasions it sat out in a hot (Arizona heat) car all day, and it still works like new!
